Each SOLTRRA piece is crafted and packaged with care, but in the rare instance that something arrives damaged or not as expected, we apologise.
Kindly include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it promptly with a replacement, refund, or exchange, depending on your preference.
